SUPPLY CHAIN LEGEND PHIL ABRAHAM JOINS RONASTAR AS CSO

Los Angeles, March 5th, 2012 – RONAStar welcomes the addition of Phil Abraham, top Virtual Supply Chain strategist and pioneer in the industry, as it’s Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Abraham is best known as the creator of Manugistics and Covisint.

Mr. Abraham has been a leader in the logistics industry for over 30 years creating the supply chains for KMart, Wallmart, Dominos Pizza, and GM. In 1999, Mr. Abraham was brought on board at General Motors and managed Project Vector, a fourth-party logistics company jointly owned by GM and CNF Ventures that manages more then $3.5 billion in GM’s global logistics spending: Project Covisint, a virtual exchange created and jointly, owned by GM, Ford and DaimlerChrysler to manage the purchasing and logistics functions of those companies and their extended supply chains, and Project Sydney, which created multiple new processes that are leading the charge in next generation technologies. Previously, Mr. Abraham held the title of National Director of Global Logistics for Dominos, and also spent 16 years in K-Mart’s corporate logistics and distribution division, where he developed a high-level logistics-modeling tool,later renamed Manugistics, that was rolled out nationwide to all of Kmart’s distribution centers. Not to be outdone, Wal-Mart also sought out Abraham to bring in the same supply chain strategy, and duplicated much of his work at Kmart with similar success.“We are ecstatic to have Phil Abraham as our CSO. TOP INDUSTRY EXECUTIVE JOINS RONASTAR AS VP

RONAstar welcomes tech exec and industry leader Tim Trela as VP of Consulting Services and Implementation and Midwest Managing Director, responsible for Business Development. Tim Trela is the former CIO and V.P. Supply Chain for Arcelor Mittal USA, the world’s largest steel company, where he was responsible for the total information technology and process automation functions. In addition, he was accountable for the entire supply chain from raw materials to the final delivery to the customer for this top tier supplier to premier automotive and appliance markets. Under his leadership, this steel company completely upgraded the entire automated and human systems supporting the order fulfillment process and became the industry leader in efficiency and customer satisfaction. Trela also spend several years as a senior executive in the Information Technology Service Provider industry. At HP/EDS, he developed and ran the metals practice, where it remains an industry leading capability. He also worked as a contract executive for Accenture where he used his extensive industry relationships to further the company’s footprint in leading ERP and business change implementations.
